There's Room for Everyone at York Technical College
It's a fact that students who get involved in campus life are not only happier, but they're also more successful. A campus is its own world, and at York Tech, you'll have the chance to experience a wide range of activities and meet new people. Get ready to join the fun and add your unique personality to our campus culture!
There's always something to do here, whether you're joining a group of friends for a study session in the newly renovated Anne Springs Close Library, lunch on the lawn in between classes, or participating in one of the many clubs and organizations offered at York Tech. Beyond that, you'll have the opportunity to take on leadership roles and enjoy a variety of campus events such as movie nights, art festivals, and others throughout the year! Additionally, if you're in need of childcare, our Child Development Center serves as an on campus childcare facility open to students.
Just outside of our close-knit campus located just 7 minutes from downtown Rock Hill, you'll find the city's best restaurants, cafes, and shopping to explore on the weekends. Even better, York Tech's prime location will expose you to a variety of industries and growing businesses. You'll also be close to I-77, so jobs, internships, and apprenticeships in larger cities like Charlotte, N.C. and Columbia, S.C. will be within reach.

Removing barriers to education is our goal, and in 2024, York Technical College opened Wolf's Den Food and Clothing. Students in need of food or professional attire are invited to the Wolf's Den to receive assistance.
