Response and Remediation Process
Your ability to access campus spaces and digital resources matters to us. Here is what you can expect after submitting an accessibility report.
- Initial Response: You will receive an acknowledgment of your report within 5 business days
- Alternative Access: We will provide an alternative means of access within 10 business days.
- Remediation Timeline: Issues are prioritized based on impact.
- Critical services within 30 business days
- High-impact services within 90 days
- Low-impact services within 180 days
