Response and Remediation Process

Your ability to access campus spaces and digital resources matters to us. Here is what you can expect after submitting an accessibility report. 

  • Initial Response: You will receive an acknowledgment of your report within 5 business days 
  • Alternative Access: We will provide an alternative means of access within 10 business days.   
  • Remediation Timeline: Issues are prioritized based on impact. 
    • Critical services within 30 business days
    • High-impact services within 90 days
    • Low-impact services within 180 days
