When it came time to decide her next steps, she ultimately chose the York Tech Criminal Justice program, where she could nurture her passion and advance her journey with the end goal of going to mortuary school.

Ashley was always one to have a backup plan, but one of the few times she didn’t, she unexpectedly stumbled into her passion. At York tech, she found what worked for her learning style and developed a career that she is still thriving in.
Starting out as a student hoping to find her next step, Cailee Ratliff found the blueprint to success through the Construction Management program and hasn’t slowed down since! In the fall of 2022, Cailee started her path in the hope of owning her own construction business. With the help of York Tech, Cailee was able to develop key skills in order to help her succeed.
