The organization empowers students to become skilled professionals, career-ready leaders and responsible community members. York Technical College began its involvement in SkillsUSA in 2023, earning two gold medals at the state competition, and one gold, and one silver medal in the national competition.
Most importantly, SkillsUSA builds essential technical and soft skills, opening doors to career opportunities and personal growth. However, attending this prestigious event requires significant financial resources that our students cannot afford on their own.
