DIRECT DEPOSIT

Payroll checks can be directly deposited into your checking or savings account each pay period. Please print the direct deposit form and attach a voided deposit slip and send to attn:  Guinevere Youmans, Payroll Accountant.  Please be aware that it may take as long as two pay periods for your pay to be deposited.

SUPPLEMENTAL LONG TERM DISABILITY

The South Carolina Retirement Systems provides Long Term Disability Coverage to any employee that has five years of covered service.  In addition, employees may choose additional disability coverage through Standard Insurance. The additional coverage amount is based on your age and on your income.

WORKER'S COMPENSATION

If you are injured on the job, notify your supervisor and the Human Resources  Department who will file a First Report of Injury.  If medical assistance is required, you will be treated at Piedmont East, located at 760 Addison Ave. Rock Hill, SC 29730.  If immediate assistance is needed, have someone  call 911 and also contact the Human Resources Department at 803-981-7183.  It should be noted that York Technical College drug screens all employees who have work related accidents
