    (FORMERLY KNOWN AS HIGHERONE) 

    York Technical College has partnered with BankMobile Disbursements to deliver financial aid refunds and other credit balances to students. The BankMobile card also serves as your student ID.  We are committed to delivering 100% of students’ refunds, providing students with clear choices and offering great customer service. Choices include an electronic deposit to another account, a paper check or electronic deposit to BankMobile Vibe, an optional account designed specifically for students with access to 55,000 fee-free Allpoint® ATMs, money management tools and a one-of-a-kind recognition program.

  • REQUESTING A CARD

    Students who participate in New Student Orientation (NSO) will have their photo taken for the student ID/BankMobile card. If you do not attend an NSO, you can have your photo taken at the Student Activities desk in the Student Center. Card requests are processed daily, and cards are sent by U.S. Mail to the address on file at the College. Be on the lookout for the bright green envelope! 

    Students who currently have cards issued through HigherOne, will still be able to use their cards.  There will be no new cards issued. 

  • ACTIVATE YOUR CARD

    1. Visit  RefundSelection.com

    2. Click on “Let’s get started” then Enter your personal code (or 16-digit card number)

    3. Select how you’d like to receive your money

  • CHOOSE YOUR REFUND OPTION

    • Deposit to another bank account assigned to the student. Money in two to three business days.
    • Paper check (mailed). Money in five to seven business days.
    • Vibe Account (BankMobile Card) Money deposited the same business day funds are released by the University to BankMobile.
  • CAN I CHANGE MY PREFERENCE FOR RECEIVING MONEY FROM YTC?

    Yes. Just log in to RefundSelection.com and select “Refund Preferences” from the “Refund” menu option. Once on the page, simply make your new selection and click the “Update Preference” button to complete the process. Be aware that your new selection will only affect future money you receive from YTC.

  • HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY MONEY HAS BEEN SENT?

    BankMobile will send you an email to the address you entered during setup. You can also view the status online at RefundSelection.com.

  • WHAT ARE THE CASH WITHDRAWAL LIMITS AND FEES FOR MY ACCOUNT?
